I simply love my Edwin 2.0

Warranty support is on point. Unfortunately I had two items that I needed help with. One required a bolt that sheared to be replaced and Swardman jumped right in and offered to pay a machinist to replace the bolt. The second issue was for premature paint peeling.  Swardman sent replacement part without question.

Reel Roller’s sharpening service is without a doubt the most convenient method of getting a sharpened reel. In the past I had to pay a pick up and delivery fee for my TruCut and the turn time was about a week.   The service provided by Reel Roller met my expectations and more.

Working with Reel Rollers is like working with your favorite cousin or uncle, and often like a brother. Lee and his team are the best in the business. Many in this profession have taken a holier than thou attitude toward customers. Not Lee! Even when I was way wrong with things I thought was wrong will my Swardman Edwin 2.0 mower, he didn’t get defensive and call me an idiot, in fact he gave me the benefit of the doubt until I realized I was way wrong and he was right. Not once did he say, you were wrong. He just listened and kept trying to help me figure things out. The only problem I have with RR’s is that they are in Georgia and I’m in Texas. I hope they move to DFW!
