These guys are great- always friendly and helpful. A year or so ago, I was in a bind because my TruCut clutch failed, and no one had parts. Lee spent an inordinate amount of time calling around, checking with distributors, and trying to help me find the mower I needed (RR didn't have it at the time) from other companies- which did nothing for them, but helped me...and earned future business.
So I used the Cal Trimmer he helped me find for a year, waiting on the Revolution 20. Just got it, and wow...they took all the good stuff from TC & CT, and put it into this machine. Honda engine, feathering speed, easy infinite height (instead of preset notches) & easy backlapping, no zerks to maintain, no belts, no more ruts from wheels, a grass catcher that actually works. It's just a fantastic, well designed & built machine.
And I have to tell you- I didn't buy it because of no wheels, and it wasn't a feature even on my radar- but every year, I had those ruts running along the sidewalks and edges that needed to be sanded repeatedly. The rear roller makes it slightly harder to maneuver than rear wheels, but is REALLY going to be worth it. The full width roller makes striping fantastic.
