Bought Revolution26 10 blade and let me say it is very impressive. I had a minor issue with the locking arms for the handlebars but, Mr Purcell got back to me immediately and took care of the issue. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

i recently purchased an Evolution reel mower from RR. It is the 5th reel mower I have owned since 1982. It has every feature a person would ever expect. The cut is superior and the maintenance is a lot easier than is required by other reel mowers. I had a question for them about the reel engagement and they responded to me and using Zoom, they were able to show me very precisely how it operated. I could not be happier with the mower or their service.

What a fantastic group of folks! Their communication and friendliness is amazing, and they genuinely care that their customers have a great experience. Through NO fault of their own, my mower was held up for a bit in customs, but they were up front an honest about the ordeal and kept me informed the whole time. When I was able to pick up my new mower, the guy that helped me (sorry, I forget his name or I'd give him a huge shout-out) gave me a quick tutorial on my new machine, made sure all of my questions were answered, and even though I am an able-bodied guy, he got another worker to help him load the mower into my SUV. Great experience!
