Reel Rollers Return Policy

You may return your parts and / or accessories purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, under the following guidelines:

All merchandise (including all parts/ accessories) must be returned in original packaging and unused for a full return.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item. There will be a 5% restocking fee applied to all returns.
All returns must be approved by a Reel Rollers. To obtain approval for a return please email us at sales@reelrollers.com
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to Reel Rollers at:

Gas powered products cannot be returned to Reel Rollers once gas and/ or oil has been added to the mower.

Products Manufactured by Reel Rollers (Front Rollers, Backlap Adapters, SideKick, and Grass Topper) are warranted for ninety (90) days against defects in materials or workmanship when put to ordinary and normal use. For the purposes of all the above warranties, “ordinary and normal consumer use” does not include misuse, accidents or damage due to inadequate maintenance. The 90-day Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner. During the warranty period, warranty parts will be shipped by standard method at no charge to the warranty holder. Expedited shipping of warranty parts is the responsibility of the warranty holder.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of an order must occur after the purchase has been made, and before the order has shipped. Customers are able to cancel their order prior to shipping, but may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
