Revolution Reels by Mail Service

Description

One of the biggest challenges to owning a reel mower is access to service.  We designed the Revolution Reel Mower line up to be simple to maintain and service for homeowners. A critical part of our design was having a relief on your reel blade so that you can backlap our reel in the mower from home.  Backlapping is a method of spinning the reel backwards with a drill while applying a sharpening compound to the reel for 15 minutes. If you would prefer we sharpen your reel assembly only and want to drop if off in person, please select Store Pick Up as your shipping method at checkout.  If you do not live close, this is where the Reels by Mail program brings additional value to Revolution owners.  To participate in the program we do require purchase a spare reel assembly for a couple reasons. First, you will need to mow your lawn faster than we can ship the reel to us, service the reel, and ship it back to you. We don’t want you behind on your cutting. Second, the spare reel you purchase will come with custom foam and a double walled box to protect your reel assembly during shipping. We do not want your reel assembly damaged in transit.  Reel Assemblies can be purchased below and here is a video on how to exchange the reel assembly.  SWAPPING OUR THE REEL ASSEMBLY It takes about 20 minutes.

Reels by Mail Program Overview:

You would add the reels by mail 20″ or 26″ service to your cart.  At checkout, shipping will be determined based on where you live. For the lower 48 states shipping is a flat $65. For Hawaii the shipping rate is a flat $120.  Once you place your order we will email you the shipping label to send us your reel assembly and once your reel is serviced, we will ship it back to you using the same custom foam and a new shipping box for its next trip to us.  When you receive your serviced reel back, you can keep it on the shelf for the next time you need a grind or a back up.  The total cost for the lower 48 states = $190 and for Hawaii = $245.
