McLane Reel Mower Backlap adapter specific for reel mowers designed to be used with a standard drill. This is another exclusive product from Reel Rollers and enables you to perform your own sharpening between relief grinds. Backlapping will not work on reels with a flat edge, only relief ground edges (ADAPTER ONLY). Our newest design now allows you to use the same backlap adapter for both McLane and California Trimmer mowers. The circle holes are used for McLane brands and the square holes are used for California Trimmer.

McLane Backlap adapter specific for reel mowers designed to be used with a standard drill. This is another exclusive product manufactured by Reel Rollers and enables you to perform your own sharpening between relief grinds. The adapter is for all McLane mowers with a 13 tooth reel sprocket including the McLane 25″ GR Series. Our newest design now allows you to use the same backlap adapter for both McLane and California Trimmer mowers. The circle holes are used for McLane brands and the square holes are used for California Trimmer.
*Our McLane backlap adapter DOES NOT fit McLane 17″, McLane Greenskeeper 25″ (GK) or non-motorized McLane reel mowers.
